Los Angeles Lakers

With football season not looking so great, I turn to my all time favorite time of the year...winter. Well fall/winter consist of my birthday, my daughter's birthday, Christmas, and basketball season. The 2008-2009 Lakers are pretty much unstoppable. Going into the regular season with an undefeated record during pre-season. With Bynum and Ariza back makes the Lakers better then they have ever been in the past few seasons. With two 7-footers in the paint gives Kobe and the Los Angeles Lakers numerous ways to play the game of basketball.

With the Lakers, also comes the Laker Girls.

Tonights game is against Baron Davis and the Los Angeles Clippers. My 2nd favorite team. I am filled with enjoyment having Baron Davis on the Clippers. Maybe they will have a descent season this year. Also catch Baron Davis at the Hundreds store. He is known to shop there.

Sunday, of the Chargers/Patriots game, the release of the LT edition Air Force One at Blends in downtown, also at the Attic in downtown...but who cares about there release. Each store had 50 pairs and out of those 50, 21 pairs had an autograph by the GOAT himself. Also, 1 special person had a chance to win an autographed pair with two free tickets to that nights game, with limo service and unlimited drinks and food. (VIP Package)

The line that started the day before around 5. I had never camped out for shoes before. My reasoning is that if they don't have it no more then...oh well.

Work Softball

My work started a softball league in Eastlake. I wanted to be a part of this because I only hear of these rare occasions on movies and T.V. It's pretty fun but I have to say my team is not all that great. Some games get really frustrating because of some basic error, but can't really blame some people for not ever playing, like myself. Only 1 error for now, dropped a running catch, was a pretty hard catch but it hit my glove...if I can touch it, I should be able to catch it...that's my philosophy. I am going to start my own team next season. It is co-ed so if anyone wants to join let me know, I'll take it into consideration, let me know.
